About The Event

Yes we are back again for our Fifth Anniversary at the Guildhall in St Ives, Cornwall. After been cancelled for the last two years due to the Covid 19 pandemic, This amazing soul on wax event has gone from strength to strength over the past five years and has been named by soul fans as the best Northern Soul weekend in the South West. The location of the event is just amazing! Situated in the heart of beautiful St Ives at the very retro style building which is St Ives Guildhall. 

St Ives offers it's visitor and holidaymakers seven fabulous beaches to choose from and an idyllic traditional seaside town full of pubs, restaurants and shops offering a wide range of retail products. 

The event consists of one welcome night on Friday and two all-dayers on Saturday and Sunday. Most soul people seem to turn this weekender into a mini holiday and stay for the entire week to discover some of the delights beautiful Cornwall has to offer.  Your Northern Soul DJ line up consists of some of the finest soul spinners and collectors in the UK. Each year we add special guest DJ's to keep the event fresh.

    I would just like to say a big thanks to Dean, Sarah and the team for putting on such a great weekender. The venue and sound system were superb, St Ives as a town, speaks for itself and there was music for everyone spread over many genres. The atmosphere was cracking and it was great to meet up with so many like minded souls. On top of this the bar worked well as did the sellers who add so much to the occasion. Well done to everyone who made this a weekend to remember - Thankyou!!!
