'TWINE TIME WEDNESDAY' is an event we're trying out down at the Home of FC St.Helens Sports Club on Windleshaw Road, Dentons Green, St.Helens with resident DJs Ron Honey, Phil Sharples, Alec Southern, Phil Preston and Dennis Haw (& occasional Guests) playing everything from early Soul, R&B, Motown, Club Soul, Stax/Atlantic, Northern, with some Popcorn, Reggae, Philly and Modern.
Free Parking.

By popular demand we will be entertaining you all on a wednesday afternoon, as well as the usual 3rd Sunday every month at Coppull Legion Soul Club, playing Northern Soul, Motown,R&B and a little bit of ska, all on vinyl.
Guest DJs this month are Russell Gibbs and Graeme Turner with residents Clive Chadwick and Debbie Sanderson.
Excellent venue with a great friendly atmosphere and a large free car park.
Barmcakes available to purchase behind the reasonably priced bar. Good size dance floor. We recommend getting here early, doors will be open from 1.30 for a 2pm start playing straight through till 6pm.
Entry fee is £4 cash on the door.

The King’s Head Soul Club, last Wednesday of every month. DJ’s Mick and Rick play the best combined record collection in the north. Starting at 3pm, located at the King’s Head, Huddersfield Railway Station, and a short walk from Huddersfield Bus Station. 
 
A very welcoming environment with a Victorian tiled dance floor. A great real ale selection and reasonable prices all round.
