  1. The Sink Soul Club

Seems I'm lagging behind this month with new sounds but I do have a record hunting trip to America lined up soon, so hopefully I can make amends come October 15th
  2. The Sink Soul Club

Not far off now to our next 'Sink Soul Cellar' event on Sunday 20th August, 3pm to 9pm as usual, with our regular DJ line up consisting of Stan Evans, Peter Everett, Tony Brookes, and Dennis Haw.Just started getting my records ready, so now is the time to let me / us know if you have any requests so that we can get them in the box ready to play.If anybody's planning on arriving into Liverpool early, for a drink and a bite to eat, let me know and I'll put you onto some great restaurants and bars that I've personally tried out over the last couple of years. For future dates beyond 20th August, keep an eye on our 'pinned' posting at the top of our Group Page, where we have listed all dates up to and including December this year.Looking forward to seeing you all again a week this coming Sunday (20th August).

  5. Just out of curiosity, does anybody know why some US Imperial 45rpm releases have an 'X' in front of the release number, eg X5945

Just getting my records ready for Sunday but being held up by having to complete my Norwegian Tax Return. What a pain in the butt this is proving to be. If so, PLEASE 'Message' me ;-) Looking forward to a full 8 hours break from it all this coming Sunday. :-)

  10. The Sink Soul Club Liverpool

I've been battling through a bout of Flu this last week plus we've had no heating or cooking facilities for two and a half days due to a minor 2 millibar gas leak inside the house, which British Gas are currently trying to trace and repair. BUT I'll be there Sunday, can't wait. At least it'll be nice and warm.
  11. Please PM me with condition and asking price
  12. The Sink Soul Club Xmas extravaganza.

What a brilliant afternoon / evening and long may they last. It's the people who turn up that make the Sink what it is, we just do our best to give them something good to dance to, be it Soul, R&B, Beat Ballads, Blue-eyed Soul, Reggae, Ska, etc.I'm looking forward to 19th February in 2017 already.
