Now in our third year, Brutons Got Soul returns for our first night of 2020. Into 2020 and who is missing their soul fix? We kick off the new year with a night of the best Tamla Motown, Northern Soul and R&B at the Unionist Club in Bruton all played on vinyl. Great wooden dance floor, great crowd and decent bar prices. The music starts at 7.30pm until 12am for only £5 on the door. What's not to like? Hope to see you there. Happy new year!

So as we race into the New Year, the days start to lengthen, and the post Xmas blues need to be finally banished as we look towards the Spring, lets kick it off with a blast of great soul music!
Remember that The Royal Sov has now hosted this event for many years, it is a proper East End pub, has a good wooden dancefloor, great bar team, and smashing pizza if you are early enough. This month, joining resident DJ Glen Goodwin we have the fabulous Tina Lindsay (one half of the Lindsay crew that bring us 'Spoonful' and 'From the Floorboards Up'. As an added bonus we have an early set from 'gentleman' Matt King!

Playing an excellent programme guaranteed to get you on your feet all night long plus their resident DJ will spin the vinyls during the breaks. 
The Soultown Kats play numerous weddings and parties across the UK and Europe and now roll into Kirk Hallam Social Club to show the East Midlands what they are made of.
