About The Event
The third Friday of every month, Gary, Lucienne and Danny, plus special guests, play the finest northern soul, mod, Motown, vintage R&B, Two Tone, ska and rocksteady, all on glorious vinyl.
We are very pleased, nay chuffed, to announce Steve Cato as our Guest DJ this month. Steve was due to guest in March last year but the pandemic put paid to that so, finally we get to welcome him.
Steve is very well known on the scene, starting out in the early 80’s in Yorkshire then moving to Manchester, where he began promoting nights, including Different Strokes and Soul Or Nothing.
Steve has played throughout the UK, Europe and the big wide world ever since, including the 100 Club, Crossfire and the Brighton Mod Weekend.
He currently co-promotes the Manchester Soul Weekends.
