The CRIGG SOUL CLUB : 2022

A monthly Northern Soul event playing original vinyl on the first Friday of every month held at Crigg Club, Crigglestone WMC, Wakefield. WF4 3EB. . The event is held in the clubs 300 capacity function room with part tiered seating, a wood dancefloor, dedicated bar and plenty of on site parking to the rear of the venue.

    On a cold January night when everyone is still recovering, just a week after Christmas and New Year festivities, we did not expect a busy first Crigg Soul Night of 2022. Yet again though we were proved wrong by the number that turned up to listen and dance to fabulous, top notch music played by our guest DJ Mark Sharrocks over two sets and as always topped off with excellent high quality records by Jim Hirst. I threw a few discs on as well with Phil opening the night for the early attendees. We are not yet back to pre-pandemic numbers but building and well on the way back with enough for a busy venue and very busy dancefloor all night.

    It is with that, that we thank everyone that came for helping to make yet another brilliant night at Crigg Soul Club.
