Playing the best in soul music - all on vinyl with resident DJs and our guest DJ for the afternoon will be the very popular Tony Ollier. Tony was brought up with soul music in his early teens and went to Wigan Casino in 1975. He then moved on to the Ritz Manchester & Whitchurch all-dayers. Tony began to DJ in 2008 having become disillusioned with the oldies scene. He collects and plays predominantly 70's/ modern/crossover, but can still play his rare 60's ie Poets, Imperial C's, etc. Tony does not mind playing some group soul at the right venue, and will always keep his eye on the punters to see what makes them dance. Our event can be found at the Ivory Music Bar, 2 The Ginnel, Harrogate, HG1 2RB. The event runs on selected Sunday afternoons on a bi-monthly basis. Not only will you hear some great music played - all on vinyl, but you will also enjoy the fabulous selection of drinks on offer at this great venue.
