Hove Sunday Boogaloo Party

One of the highlights of Too Darn Soulful's programme every year is the Sunday Afternoon event we stage at The Spiegeltent for The Brighton Festival in May. It's always so good....but it's an awful long wait before we can do it again.

Well this year, we have an opportunity to change that and in so doing we hope to raise funds and awareness of an acute condition that has tragically befallen young Sienna Teresa, a wonderfully brave young girl who is having to undergo so much treatment at present. We know this is a cause that Soulies throughout Sussex and beyond will want to help and support but of course not everyone will be able to get there for this event. We are hoping to have a 'live stream' link established so that the event can be transmitted World Wide via YouTube. People can enjoy the music and have a little dance wherever they are on earth....and click a link to chip in a few bob. 

Advance Tickets are just £10 - but we are also making ABSENT FRIENDS tickets available too. So you're there in spirit. Others will want to show their support by paying MORE for their ticket, so we have also added this facility.

As at The Spiegeltent , Clive Rayson and Paddy Shevlin will be at the helm but will be joined by a few other special guests including Sienna's grandfather DENNIS HYDE. There will not be a dry eye in the house!!

The King Alfred Ballroom is a magnificent art-deco building with a truly wonderful sprung dancefloor. There is a large car park adjacent to it and transport links are excellent with the No 700 bus stopping right by the doors.
