About The Event

The Cheltenham Club was Harrogate's first soul and R&B club 1967 - 1969. 

Dance the night away to 60's club soul tunes, 60's soul hits, and proper 60's R&B. All the tunes played will be from the original vinyl releases and would have been played at the original Cheltenham Club.

The DJ's are Michael Lowcock, original Cheltenham Club member and warm up DJ, plus Harrogate Northern Soul Club's Ian Smith.

Ripley Town Hall is a great venue with a sprung wooden floor.

Entry is £5 (plus + 49p booking fee) by booking in advance on The Ripley Live Site www.ripleylive.com

Any unsold tickets will be available on the night at £7 each on the door.

All proceeds, minus the reduced and subsidised cost of the hall hire, will go to Parkinsons UK.
