We are next at the Empress Ball Room Mexborough on the 27th April doors open at 7pm until midnight. Admission is £5.00 but early bird tickets are available on the Empress web site at £2.99 for the first 100 tickets but be quick as tickets are already selling fast. Always a great night with local Mexborough DJs YOGi and HINCHY playing the best in Northern Soul from big current all Nighter sounds to dance floor classics all from vinyl!. Our guest DJ for April is Mr Mick Glover from Junction 36 .If you decide to come on the night you can pay on the door but prior booked tickets is the preferred entry. Watch out for more dates this year.. Come and have a dance on the best sprung wooden dance floor in South Yorkshire. YOGi & HINCHY...

    The Empress Ballroom is the local Impersonation Palais, tonight was soul night, with the d.j.s trying to do their best Richard Searling. However star of the event was Bar. Staff and the Brooms. Cleaning up the dance floor they were Outstanding . The   verdict , poor venue management and unbalanced sound system.
