Byron - Original Northern Soul, Pure and Simple

The place to be to get your fix of original northern soul - eye popping rarities, underplayed gems and stone cold classics.

The beautifully refurbished Kirk Hallam Social Club is just a few minutes from J25 and J26 of the M1. the beech wooden dancefloor is sublime and huge, the sound system is crystal clear.

Every month features the highest quality DJ's picked for their outstanding record collections and ability to appeal to the feet and ears of our crowd.

This months guests Glynn Sisson  playing alongside our residents.

7pm to Midnight £6 on the door cash or contactless.

You'll be guaranteed a warm welcome from Alison and Harriet and The Byron team, and a night of dancing and listening to just the greatest Northern sounds, all on Original Vinyl.

The venue had a large car park so no problems if your travelling. Come and join us and our many Byron regulars for a night to remember. We would love to see you.

    Byron was this weekend's offering and what it offers is totally unbelievable. 

    For those of you that I haven't considered going there you are missing out. The venue offers a university course of musical delights and it's there to educate and provide pleasure. What makes it that notch above other venues is that there are deck cams, so you can see OVO. This allows the punter to see what's being played and the next cued record. Personally it's educational for me, rare and underplayed records that most other venues will not consider.

    The venue itself is well set out and the floor is one of the best outside Blackpool., with a very friendly crowd.

    Once again, if you've not been there make the effort to go and be amazed
