With only two weeks to go until our next LDSM party at our super cool venue The Goods In🙏
It’s now time to start introducing the guest DJs starting with Allan Dey.

Allen is a very good friend of mine and someone who I respect greatly.
A very unassuming man who would do anything for anybody.
He’s at the forefront of new releases and always listening and looking out for something different.
So expect dance driven tunes all played on glorious vinyl 💙

I got into soul music in the 80s ,only really started collecting records  early 90s.I'm into modern ,and soulful house.I am a Co Resident at Love Soul Disco in Aberdeen with my friend Keith Fowler where we play anything from northern soul ,disco and soulful house .
I'm really looking forward to coming down to play some tunes.

Although I’ve been collecting soul music for 40+ years and travelling to soul events across the UK and Europe for many years, I didn’t really start to DJ at events until the last 10 years. My collection contains records from the 60’s onwards and of many different genres and my DJ sets can be equally across the board.
I jointly promote Ashby Connoisseur’s Soul Club in the East Midlands, where I’ve lived for most of my life, but really enjoy travelling to events far afield and listening to sets from many different DJ’s. I’m not sure which direction my sets will go at LDSM but will have the following tunes in my playbox on the day:
