L❤️veTown has proved a very popular alternative soul music event since its launch in December 2023. Popular floor fillers and some cutting new tunes guaranteed to make you shake your hips. All tunes played on (mostly) original vinyl releases - no CD's or MP3's. by regular Harrogate spinners Alec, Charlie, Christopher and Ian. For the first anniversary they will be joined by popular Leeds DJ's Mally Meah and Mark Warner.
The Lilypad is welcoming and ambient hostelry on Kings Road about a mile from Harrogate bus and train stations. There is a wide seection of beers and cocktails and most importantly a good wooden dancefloor upon which to practice the art of boogie! What better way to dance off the Christmas excesses and get in traing for NYE?
Entry is free (for groovers!) and the event runs from 4 until 10.30.
