10 years!!...no way we've been going 10years surely!! Yep we've made it to our 10th anniversary at Something Different rhythm and soul club and to celebrate this achievement the  STAFFSOULSPINNERS would like to invite you to our alldayer,I'm a bit late advertising this event but I had to wait for confirmation from the venue so please accept my apologies.Anyway we've got a fantastic line up of COLLECTORS/ENTHUSIASTS with their very own collection of vinyl to entertain us throughout the do,our resident DJ ROGER BANKS will be in attendance with his record shop,also spinning a few discs.Our special guest DJ for this special occasion is JOHN MANSHIP,well known all over the world as the rare soul man,John will be playing rare,underplayed,CLEETHORPES classics,RITZ classics as John DJd at these legendary clubs as well as other venues through the 70s/80s.So if ya not duin anything Shirebrook staff sports and social club is the place to be,if ya cant make it have a great Christmas and happy new year from all at Something Different rhythm and soul club.

    A fantastic and very enjoyable 12 hours of rhythm & soul up the Staff,a massive thanks to all who passed through the club doors throughout the day to enjoy the delights the STAFF SOULSPINNERS and GUESTS had to offer.I'd like to say an even bigger thankyou to all of you who have contributed massively to SOMETHING DIFFERENT RHYTHM AND SOUL CLUB by attending for 10 years,we've sadly lost friends along the way but we're always gaining new friends every month,so it's down to you lot who will guide us to another 10 years.I've always said that i could "write a book"about our soul club,I've gotta do it sometime,I'm sure it would be a bestseller...merry Christmas and a happy new year... see ya in January
