Have a look on evil bay, if you don't mind the format so much. There's a 60's epic album with a stereo recording of said record. Which sounds fooking lovely loud and clear. There was loads of them fleeting about the place...should get one for 10-15 dollars.

Has anybody ever clapped eyes on a DEMO of this 45 on Okeh?

I've seen a Demo 78 but NOT a Demo 45. Well, not as yet.

If anybody has one, please, could you post up a scan?

Was never released in the UK as a single, in either 78 or 45 rpm format.

Couldn't swear to it not being issued as an Lp track in the UK but to date, I've never seen or heard of one.

Shellack with matrix CO50758 machine stamped in...label states the cat#7026...so probably US?
