Dont know the artist or the lable its a kind of Funky R&B Thing, am sure I will know the artist if i see it so any surgestions welcome.

maybe it's El Pooks on Orvious label? it's called psychodelic soul. maybe more funk than r&b. Wild grazy vocals.
