I only have U-Roy's D.J. piece on 45 - WAKE THE TOWN (which is no help of course), but I do have a completely instrumental version on a CD-R somewhere - I can't remember what the track was called, but if I can find it, I may have the details on whence it came...

The Organ cut to Girl I've Got A Date (aka I Have Got A Date) is 7-11 issued in Jamaica only in 1972 on a 'Duke Reid's Greatest Hits' 7in, it is on a list of Treasure Isle tunes due to be repressed in forthcoming months, but given the speed of the JA press (Only one Jamaican pressing plant currently remains operational) it may well be next year before it surfaces!
