I don't think it's Weasle. Looks too young for Weas in '79, Weasle would have been 22. That lad looks a bit too chubby faced as well.

Harry, isn't that Dave Bradley from Scarborough second in from left of your photo. Have a look at this, thats Dave stood in front of Rich Dalburn with the blue shirt on, they certainly look alike anyway.
