Just won a 45 on ebay and it's a seller in Belgium. He doesn't take paypal and wants a bank transfer. Normally I'd be fine about this, but the whole Belgian thing is making me nervous. He has 1000+ feedback for for cheap records. Any advice?

Can anyone name the scammers and the good guys?

no cover from ebay if this goes tits up, cant see why he wants this as e bay states you must offer paypal as a seller

If it`s TOTO everything will work fine with bank transfer.
