A relative sent me a picture and description of a magazine he bought in 1971 for 5 shillings (or 25 new pence)

It's titled The Motown Story, compiled by Blues and Soul. Apparently it's in excellent condition, with lots of colour photos.

Anybody got an idea of it's collectibility and value?
