I paid you through Paypal on September 5th, $232.50 for Boston Heights 12". I have not had the 12" and I have an un-paid strike on Ebay. This inturn has blocked me from using Ebay.

Sounds like one of those dodgy Italians that lots of dealers in the US won't touch. Hope you sort it Dave.

At least Ebay have removed the strike, but I am still $200 odd out of pocket and he doesn't reply to my emails.

Open a Paypal dispute straight away. (You have 45 days from the date of purchase). If you hear nothing after a week escalate it to a claim. Paypal should refund your money (inc P&P). I've done it a couple of times.
