Then offer a second service - say 1st Class at your normal charge rate. Overseas remains unchanged. Hopefully people will ignore the 2nd class and plump for the 1st class option. I think people will just add the extra to the initial starting prices so 99p records will become £2.49 if you get my drift. Put money on the fact that eBays listing drop dramatically initially. Its not just records it a whole range of items including books, clothes etc! time will tell! regards - Al
