November 3, 200915 yr Got a yellow copy with (T. Michaels-V, Gormann-W. Joel) below the title, not sure if this helps. The W. Joel would be William Joel....or Billy to you! This song was written and recorded by his band the Hassles. The Hassles version was a regional hit, and there are probably more recorded versions out there. The Hassles were on United Artists. The Teardrops were somewhere in the eastern/central PA area IIRC. I have another 45 on Max that's weak garage. I like this record (Teardrops) but the severe stereo seperation bugs me. November 3, 200915 yr LOVE THIS RECORD, HAD IT SEVERAL TIMES IN THE COLLECTION DOWN THE YEARS. A LOT OF COPIES HAVE WATER DAMAGED LABELS THO. BRI PINCH.
