Sounds like a sixtys group thing but at 3.05 may be later????

Sound quality is awful so maybe withdrawn??

It's a Virginia label Mark

Other than that know nothing about it

people were hyping this up a year or two ago due to rarity but it is very very low fi. i think the sweet / deep side is better than the northern side. it's pretty rare. i paid about $200 for mine.
