What are the best prices obtained for records that have been advertised honestly as bootlegs as opposed to fakes being put up for sale as the original item. A few years ago I sold Edwin Starr "Scotts on Swingers" on red rictic for £157, a record I originally paid £1 for at a record fair about 22 yrs ago. The disc was totally unplayed and was advertised on E-Bay as a boot. I think the B-side was "All Turned On" instr.

cant remember exact prices but seen boots goin for silly prices on ebay and on some dealer websites, e.g. george blackwell, john & wierdest, freddie chavez, eddie foster, and so on

And didnt some one buy a Dellarks , ' Job Opening' as a white demo for serious wedge only to find it was a bootohmy.gif
