There has been a lot of new bands/artists over the last decade that has released soul/funk on 45s which I think is because they want a special kind of scene/people to buy it. Some of it is good and some of it is not so good. And there is so much going on these days that you might not get it all. The last I've heard is a UK artist called Gizelle Smith which is quite good.
So, i would love some good recommendations, or maybe a list of your favourites? By that I mean so good that you will play it out, or at least buy it!
