I 'won' an auction on said site for a single but have had no replies from either the seller or the site owners (after various emails). does anyone have ideas or names so i could try other avenues?

i won a tune before xmas and was down in a couple of days.....had to ring and get an email adress to paypal though as the pay now link is not up and running yet...would use them again though
