He was in the process of recording an album, which would´ve become his first solo album had it come out, but he was in a near fatal accident and because of that the project was abandoned, so he never released an album. However, later on he formed group Randy & The Gypsies (their album is sought after in soul circles), and he (as well as brother Jackie, who we normally don´t think of as a solo artist either) had some solo tracks included on a few OST/VA-albums, apart from his involvement with his brothers´ group of course
