but not sure about the home made label with the title printed on ?

Wouldn't be the first time a home made label has been used to sell a record.

The buyer knows all the info, its there in black and white so if anyone bids more than the cost of a carver then more fool them. The sound file is readily available for free over the internet and a carver/acetate will knock you back around 20 quid.
