well at the time of issue i found 5 demos only the one in ps ! so id say its tough to get !

Another FW with printed sleeve made £310 a few weeks ago... (I'll not call it pic sleeve 'cos somebody produces them and sells on eBay - rubbish ink-jet print but well cobbled together)
