I am interested in who the Group were and where the Nite Beat label hailed from, although I understand it to be a Philly label from 1970?

I know the 45 went on nationally with Cotillion, but all I have seen are issue copies, does it exist in promo form with both sides "Pretty as a picture" and "To make you love me"?
