Does anyone know if "Counting Tear Drops" is a cover of an earlier record? The songwriting/publishers credit relates it to the Reginald family of labels out of Greenville, MS & I'm interested to know if it was picked up for the Hot Hit/Federal 45 of a writers demo submission or covered from an existing 45 from the Reginald family of labels.

It's actually the other side, "Counting Tear Drops", which has the Reginald credits, not "Live It Up".
