I met another cheater on the ebay again.

I sold 2 singles to an UK man in Aug. He didn't make his payment promptly but finally made his payment to my PayPal account because I pushed him after due date. I shipped the items on next day of this payment but received an email from PayPal on the next day of the shipping informing me that they held his payment, eventually the payment was reversed from my account today. Normally, I ship via a register mail for the item more than $100 at my own cost but the transaction with him did not reach $100 (actually $30 plus) so shipped via standard airmail as most of the seller do, so no evidence can provide PayPay for my shipping.

I refered to the case openned in my PayPal account but no reply or comment from him shown until the case was closed so I think he cancelled his payment after I informed him when I shipped the items in my feedback left to his ebay account, or there was something wrong with his payment and PayPal decided no payment from him (even though once PayPal informed me that they received his payment and go ahead of shipping) and held it from my account.

Now, this UK guy is no longer a member of ebay. I could see a couple of negative feedbacks he received so he made other troubles with ebay members and kicked out from the ebay.

I have already listed his ebay ID on the ebay so he cannot bid my auction anymore but I think he will come back to ebay in future with a different ebay ID.

I really want to disclose his name and address on here to let the ebay sellers who are also members of this forum know about him. I am not sure if anyone disclose such cheaters' name on here in the past. Anyone did in the past?

Anyway, this cheater is Mr. J.A. from Cornwell.

Yeah had the same thing happen to me except i could prove postage so got my money. Paypal said they were doing a routine check and held his payment until I could prove postage

The other quality one is when someone sends you a fake made up paid paypal invoice to your email.I always check the funds before sending now.

There is no proof of postage in the country where I am living but only register mail or EMS which are extra cost for me.

The other quality one is when someone sends you a fake made up paid paypal invoice to your email.I always check the funds before sending now.

Of course I always check before sending and as I wrote above PayPal send me an email for his payment and the payment was in my account.
