Ah yes. That's Tuska 113 Barbara Hall - Humanity / The Doll (by Richard Marks & the Minors). I need that one too. Ha!! I'm guessing that The Doll is an instrumental, based on another 45 by The Minors (also with R. Marks) on the Esprit label, "Funky Fingers" b/w "The Boom Boom Room"
