Does this exist on a US 45? Or just the Japanese album?

I know Geater Davis released it on Seventy 7, but his version is not quite as good to my ears.

I've always loved this song (by Geater) and was blown away when I first got the Chuck Armstrong version.

I have it on the 'Testifiyin' Charly LP and I think (without hunting for it) it was believed to be unreleased at the time of issue.

Pretty sure there's no 45.
