The 20th century is like you say more available. Not sure what the flip to that's like but the Parlophone has a real nice flip.

Nowhere near the same, I bought 20th Century copy when first released without hearing it thinking it was going to be the same recording as the original copy. Probably about 65p then. So if i were you i would'nt bother.
