I think it was around 2nd anniversary, probably in a effort to get 1000 wide eyed desperados off the the leafy boulevards of Wigan.

Any one remember for sure ??

Started going in March 1978. It was a 12.30 start by then. Got brought forward to midnight before then end

I started going in Aug / Sept 76 and it was 12.30 then,For the life of me I can't remember how much it was to get in though
