I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't available. The listing was last updated in 2005, and the seller has a poor rating, with one recent order described as "not available". I bet it's this.

There was a copy on ebay last year that went for about £200.

I am the seller. I have now managed to get my login sorted

I moved house in early 2006 and changed internet providers so couldn't use that email address any more.
