A cursory glance through the 'Wants' section over the last 6 months or so, revealed to me that this 45 was the only one that several different people had requested.

That's why my price is top end.

I am one of those people who has this, but won't let it go becuase of the quality of the track. Unparalled. Thankfully it remains an underplayed track. I think your value is bang on, but it would cost more to prize mine from my collection.
