two different labels: blue and silver letters and white/black with red letters (excepting golden label name). why?

The original Wand label was dark blue for the first releases on the label, some of these were then later reissued on the new black & white label after the change. Is this what you mean?

Bit off topic maybe, but I did have a Jamaican pressed Wand issue until sold it couple of months ago, the usual logo/label design but just black and white, no red/gold etc.

There are also US boots of titles which have no color on the black & white labels. They are vinyl instead of styrene. For example.
