Only heard this for first time a few weeks back. AMAZING!

Got all excited when I spotted a near mint for sale through Pat Brady, but then back to earth with a bump seeing how far out of my price range.

Learned yesterday he sold it to a pal of his, so guess you could always contact Pat & see if his friend would accept an offer.
