As always the way site gets used changes and evolves over time, and to reflect this sometimes tweak way site is run. One recent change been looking at is the moderators on site, and to help keep soul source moving have decided to change current set up.

The new set up is Nick will now overlook the Main soul based section forums, while Janine overlooks the Freebasing section. and each main forum will in the near future have 1 or 2 individual forum based mods.

Idea being that the forum based mods will be more concerned with keeping the individual forum, fresh moving and worthwhile rather than the humdrum admin side of site.

At times moderating can be a right pain, but it is felt necessary to help the board stay worthwhile and so do ask all members to do their best to make the job easy as possible.

First of new forum mods is Shane who be looking after the "all about the soul" forum, and would like to pass on thanks for agreeing to do so. And thanks to Nick and Janine for past efforts and agreeing to continue in their new role.

Thanks to all new mods for agreeing to take it on, as said before do the idea behind forum mods is to help keep each forum worthwhile, flowing and enjoyable! So again do ask all members to do their best to make the job easy as possible.
