I am an idiot! I left my record box in the back of a cab on the 12th of May. I got the taxi from Little Portland street, t Clapton, around 1am. My friend had been helping me carry them all night and so subconsciously, I guess I thought he had carried them in from the cab.

The next morning I contacted lost TFL lost property to no avail. They have not been handed in.

Im guessing either the cab driver kept them or the next passenger.

The box was a swan silver coloured metal flight box, containing around 100 7" singles. Most of which were Northern soul/funk/R&B

If you have come across a collection like this, or suspect anything- PLEASE get in touch. There is a reward. I am heart broken about it!

if you listed as many of the 45s you can remember then folk could look out for them at record shops, ebay, soul nights etc

They could be anywhere seeing you got the cab over that way and sadly not just around the Clapton ponds area.
