Got this one up for grabs. Condition is VG++ I would say. A side has a very short spot near the end that has groove wear, but overall it sounds good. B side plays great too. Record has a very tiny dent in the edge. Does not affect cueing or playing. Please have a listen to the sound clips and inspect the photos before considering. Cost is $1300.00 USD. PayPal preferred. Nice but would've thought worth about $800 to $900 top whack in this condition.

I didn't even notice this on ebay.............where was it listed..............did anyone else notice it ?

I do a daily search for shrine records and this one didn't come up !

That's probably why I never saw it...............if it was a buy-it-now item and sold quickly I would've missed it cos I only get to see things in the evenings.

Why offer it on soul-source for $1300 and then sell it as buy-it-now for $1200............are we supposed to pay a premium ?

Christ, give the guy a break. Jason's a nice fella. He puts it up on here first and says if no interest he'll put it on Ebay. I'm sure if someone on here had offered him $1200 he'd have taken it, given Ebay's slice of the winning bid etc. All you do is post that it's only worth $800/$900 and then you whinge because you haven't seen it on Ebay - were you just trying to wangle the price down?

It really gets on my tits when normal soulies like us (i.e punters not dealers) put records for sale on here and people post "it's not worth that" or similar. If you think they're over priced, don't buy. But don't try and deter everyone else from buying by posting up that they're overpriced and generally having a go and being a smartarse. Normal punters on here sell records for all sorts of reasons - to fund new purchases and sometimes to pay bloody bills, so less sniping please.

Whoops..........wasn't intending to snipe or offend anyone as anyone who knows me will tell you. I was just a) surprised that I hadn't seen it on ebay because I'm a pretty avid ebay watcher and honestly giving an opinion on the value.

Still think it was only worth $800................but you can get silly money on ebay, which is exactly why I sell stuff on there.
