Top Northern In Download Chart?

Hey

Just thinking today following listening to some classics in the car, could it be possible for the scene oldies like me and new blood to download in the same week 1 classic (thinking of Epitome of sound - open to other choices) to push it into download charts it is on I Tunes not sure if this is part of the chart - Does Richard S have the rights if so I'll settle for a couple of nice demos if it hits No 1
