Cover Scans Wanted - Kim Weston "helpless" On Dutch Artone

I got a nice copy of Kim Weston "Helpless"/"Take me in your arms" on dutch Artone (GO. 42 643). It looks lovely but would look even better with a sleeve!

Can somebody help me out with good quality scans of either just the front or, even better, both sides of the original picture sleeve?

I have some Dutch Belgian Epic, Motown & CBS, they're well nifty...................
