last months i am after a tune that gives me goosebumps since i can find no info.

i like very much this song at this youtube link.

what i am asking,is the original sample playing at the very beggining of the song(and throught)

does anybody have any idea on this?

It's not a sample, but a cover version of Gary Moore and Albert Collins, Cold Cold Feeling.

it sounds like a jazz or maybe exotica vocal, that production doesn't sound like soul to me

If it's the vocal sample you're looking for, then I think it sounds a bit like this one, but I have no idea where it comes from.
