How many more times can basically the same compilation CD be repackaged?

I only ask because I saw this review in The Metro (free paper on trains in London area) yesterday.

I can't belive there is still a market for them.. some of these cd's have been done so many times that the people who buy them must be fed up with the same old stuff by now... nothing wrong with cd companys putting out cheap cd's. :thumbsup:
