How many more times can basically the same compilation CD be repackaged?

I only ask because I saw this review in The Metro (free paper on trains in London area) yesterday.

Finally managed to upload the picture.

I can't belive there is still a market for them.. some of these cd's have been done so many times that the people who buy them must be fed up with the same old stuff by now... nothing wrong with cd companys putting out cheap cd's.

(petrol garage cd's as I like to call them..."number 4 please mate a mars bar oh and one of these cd's please")
