Thanks Girf,thought this thread was lost in cyberspace,ye` this is 1990 reminds me of down stairs at Bensons(Bradford),deffo heard worser :ohmy:off a wiered album,14 songs from the north west(Manchester).

Fished out the Magic Lady LP this morning and gave it a spin. Although this version is nice, the original still wins hands down, and 'Give It Up' remains, to my knowledge, one of the best major label early 80s tunes yet to be comped The genius of Michael Stokes, you do a whole series of comps on his productions.

Am I right, has Give It Up not been on a comp yet ??

And a Michael Stokes comp, done like the Mtume / Lucas from a while back would be seller i'm sure get Ralph on it !!!
