Dont sleep at this price, absolute bargain!!! In demand crossover northern, with very nice sweet soul flip. Both sides suffer somewhat from an unpolished production but still two fantastic sides that have been making it big out and about of late. Hear both sides in link

Monster dancer. Plays great and the record itself is hardly any noticeable marks at all, but graded like this due to label - Seems it was pressed off centre and a second label put over the top of it, has some wol too. Bargain price though. Scan available on request.
Northern stomper. Lots of marks on vinyl but plays so much better than it looks, listen to the clip. Seen the issue sell for double this, and mint demo even more!
